Bright Bots is an Australian based designer of baby clothing, toys, linen and accessories. We have been established for over ten years now and primarily distribute our ranges through boutiques and department stores. If you have a local stockist of the range, please consider shopping with them as they may be able to order in exactly what you are looking for, and it’s important to support the small businesses in your area.
That said, for quite a few years now, we have had requests to purchase on line both because people want to access the entire range and for convenience, especially when you have a small child. Hence, we are now trialling a shop on line addition to our site and we can sell and ship items internationally, to any country. Please be aware that since our primary business is still to stock the retailers we support, we will usually sell out of Summer stock by November and Winter stock by May.

Payment Information
We accept payment via Visa, and Mastercard. Additionally, we can accept money orders and cheques posted to us at PO Box 3165 Stafford DC, Stafford, 4053.
It is extremely safe to use your credit card at our website. The transaction will be conducted via a secure page on our server, with your credit card details encrypted using the latest industry standard 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. Delivery Information
We deliver nationally and internationally via the Australia Post parcel service and can therefore send your purchase where ever you would like including internationally. We recommend sending to an address where someone will be there during the day. If this is not possible, a card will be left stating that your parcel can be picked up at your local post office.
Orders will be despatched from our head office in Brisbane, Australia. For orders sent to capital cities within Australia should be received in two to three days. As a rough guide, delivery times to other areas in Australia should be:

Delivery cost for two items or less in Australia is $7 and delivery cost for three or more items in Australia is $12. For international purchases, on receipt of your order, we will obtain a quote via an airmail service, or you can email for a quote before deciding to purchase.
Bright Bots endeavours to have all stock shown on the website available for immediate delivery. We will try to ship all orders received within two working days of receiving your order. If for some reason, we cannot achieve this, we will contact you to advise of the situation within two working days. Please note we do not back order under any circumstances.
Sizing Tips
Clothes are generally sized by age, though there is an Australian standard for height at an age. Please refer to the table below. We recommend you buy up a size if your child falls in the higher end of an age bracket.

Returns Information
When you shop with Bright Bots, items returned in original condition within 14 days will be replaced, or the purchase price refunded if you are unhappy with your purchase. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refundable unless the goods are faulty. All exchange items will be resent freight free. Please contact us to advise you are returning product so that we are aware we should be expecting something. Please enclose your receipt so that returns can be processed quickly.
Out of Stock Policy
While we make every effort to ensure that products displayed on our web site are in stock it is not unusual for items to sell out very quickly, or large quantities of an item to sell in a single order. As a result it is possible that a product becomes out of stock while that product is still available for sale on our web site. If you order a product that has become out of stock we will contact you within 2 working days to make alternate arrangements.
Purchasing Gifts
We are happy to deliver your purchase to a third party as a present. For an additional charge of $5, we will gift wrap your purchase and supply a small gift tag with your personalised message. Just add this selection to your shopping cart. Gift wrap is white with pink ribbon for girls and blue ribbon for boys.
