Shopping & Ordering Online

The big news this season is the launch of our new and improved websites across all our brands including Max and Tilly, Bright Bots and Olliboo. In the quest to make online shopping as easy as possible for you we have added a search function, easy to navigate product categories, boy/girl search options, a wish list feature and so much more!! We are very excited to bring you these site improvements and hope you find shopping at our online store a breeze, but please excuse us if you come across some initial teething problems and let us know your feedback.

And remember if you do have a local stockist of the range, please consider shopping with them as they may be able to order in exactly what you are looking for, and it's important to support the small businesses in your area.

Online Ordering Procedure
Ordering at our online store is so easy and can be done in the comfort of your own home. No more battling the crowds at shopping centres with the kiddies in tow!

Follow these simple steps to place an order with us...

1. Have a browse through our online racks and select the products you would like to purchase. Select the size and colour you would like using the 'drop down' menu on the products page, then hit the 'add to basket' button.

2. When you have finished making your selections click the 'checkout' button located on the top right corner of the page to review your order and process your payment.

3. Follow the step by step instructions at our checkout to enter your details, delivery address and to choose your payment method.

4. Once the payment is processed you will receive a confirmation email/invoice then you are all done!

5. Orders are usually posted within 2 business days of us receiving an order.

Payment Information
We accept payment via PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard. Additionally, we can accept money orders and cheques posted to us at PO Box 3165 Stafford DC, Stafford, 4053.

Rest assure that shopping at our online store is safe and secure. Any credit card transactions will be conducted via a secure page on our server, with your credit card details encrypted using the latest industry standard 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology.

PayPal is a secure third party payment site and you must hold a PayPal account to pay via this method (which can easily be done at www.paypal.com )

Out of Stock Policy
While we make every effort to ensure that products displayed on our web site are in stock it is not unusual for items to sell out very quickly, or large quantities of an item to sell in a single order. As a result it is possible that a product becomes out of stock while that product is still available for sale on our web site. If an item you ordered is sold out/unavailable, a refund will be processed to you via the method you used to purchase this order.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase when you shop with us, so items returned in original condition within 14 days will be replaced, or the purchase price refunded if you are unhappy with your purchase. Included with your invoice on delivery is a returns slip which allows you to indicate your reason for return and the action you require us to take (so please retain this slip). Items being returned due to change of mind or incorrect size selection etc. must be unworn and returned in full packaging/with tags.

Postage is required if a parcel is being returned.

• If the item is faulty, we will reimburse you the standard postage cost of returning the item(s) to us.
• If you require an exchange as you have changed your mind or have ordered the incorrect size etc., please also include a prepaid satchel for us to return the exchange item to you in.
