Postage & Delivery Information

Within Australia and New Zealand
All Australian orders are despatched from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia via Australia Post parcel post service and are usually posted within 2 business days of us receiving an order. New Zealand orders are sent via air mail and are also usually posted within 2 business days of us receiving an order.

Our flat postage fee is $8 for Australian and New Zealand orders! Below is a rough guide for domestic shipping time frames:

International
We ship anywhere internationally via an airmail service with freight quotes given based on location and weight. To obtain a quote for international postage, please follow the instructions at the checkout after making your item selections and a quote for postage will be emailed to you. From there you can decide whether to proceed with the order. International orders are shipped within 2 business days of us receiving total order payment.

Notes: We recommend electing a delivery address where someone will be there during the day. If this is not possible, a card will be left stating that your parcel can be picked up at your local post office. We endeavour to have all stock shown on the website available for immediate delivery. If for some reason we cannot achieve this, we will contact you to advise you of the situation. Please note we do not back order under any circumstances.
